Features:

• Design – As per IS-807 & IS-3177 standards to ensure safety to users. Moreover, its lightweight structure, compact shape, and minimal maintenance needs have made the single-girder crane a distinguished choice.
• Wheel Blocks – Our Wheel Block Assemblies comprise the trolley and crane wheels, which are made of straight-treadled double-flanged forged steel (EN8/EN9) and are heat treated. These wheels are supported on anti-friction bearings in modular housing blocks.
• Geared Brake Motors – The crane’s integrated motors assist in braking, reversing, and starting the system. There is a dust-proof structure enclosing these motors. Cage motors have in-built safety systems with hoisting protection. Since the motor, gearbox, and brake come as an integrated unit, the number of couplings and their transmission losses are eliminated, which improves crane life.
• Electrical Panel– This modular control panel design ensures easy installation, better performance, simple circuitry, compact terminals, and ducted wiring. There is a special protection system to prevent motor overload issues and phase reverse issues.
Variable Frequency Drives & Remote Controls are optional features.
• Limit switch– Over-lowering and over-hoisting of hooks are common problems. To avoid these issues, you can use this limit switch. Stoppers, integrated with the various limit switches, prevent the problem of over-travelling.
• Push-button station– Available in wired and wireless options as well as being a lightweight system with twin speed operations, you can easily operate it and manage it.
• The driver’s cabin control station (optional) can be of the open or enclosed type and shall be supplied as per the requirement of the client.
