The Segment Lifter is mainly used for assembling precast segments in the construction of roads and bridges. This equipment is installed on the deck of a bridge, the steel box beam of a cable-stayed bridge, and it can be used to hoist other beam blocks and steel girders.

IEW has designed and developed a variety of lifting systems to meet the various erection needs of precast segments.The lift is propelled forward with the assistance of a hydraulic system on a skid-mounted frame or rails/wheels for increased mobility.

• Its steel construction makes it more rigid and it is not required to span from one pier to the next pier.
• We can operate two mirror segment lifters in tandem to erect in a parallel direction.
